PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR USE OF NAM SEN STUDIO AND NAMSENSTUDIO.COM PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR RESERVING ANY NAM SEN STUDIO OFFERINGS.

Nam Sen Studio (“the studio”) refers to all aspects of the studio including: the physical studio, namsenstudio.com, and any other offering or outlet of the studio;

by visiting Nam Sen Studio, namsenstudio.com, or any venue hosting Nam Sen Studio offerings, and/or by purchasing or reserving any studio offerings, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and tacitly enter into agreement as a man or a woman of your own free will with the man, Awen and the woman, Hanh; if you do not agree in whole or part with the Terms and Conditions as listed below, your use of Nam Sen Studio and namsenstudio.com is strictly prohibited;

you agree to the following:

you are at least 18 years of age, an emancipated minor, or are using the studio under parental or legal guardian supervision;

you are accessing the studio of your own will in your own private capacity as a man or woman for no other purpose than that which the studio is provided and not under any false identity or as an agent or representative of any agency or organization whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; you understand that this will be considered to be trespass by way of barratry and that you will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of $100,000 plus $10/minute the trespass continues;

you agree to use the studio at your own risk and to take full responsibility for your own activity and behavior within the studio and how you use or apply any of the knowledge or property you acquire from the studio;

 you agree to act according to law and to behave in a respectful manner: to not engage in any disruptive, harassing, violent, irresponsible or otherwise abusive behavior; to follow any rules and or policies as posted by the studio or venue hosting offerings of the studio; and to not attempt to make any other man or woman responsible for any circumstances or feelings that result from any violation of this agreement or any other rules of the studio;

you agree to these terms and conditions without coercion, in exchange for access to the benefits offered by or through the studio, and do acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to abide by the laws of the studio;

these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time and your continued use of Nam Sen Studio indicates your acceptance of any changes or revisions.

The rules of the studio are as follows and govern Nam Sen Studio and the conduct and behavior of any man or woman who agrees to the Terms and Conditions;

INTRODUCTION

Nam Sen Studio (“the studio”) is a private studio; all interactions with the studio are private and occur within the private domain by and between those of mankind only;

The studio is provided by Awen: a man, and Hanh: a woman on an as-is basis with no warranties or guarantees, for the purpose of sharing knowledge and space and exchanging goods and services;

PROPERTY

All content, creations, and property offered through the studio we hereby claim as our property; all who access the studio are required to treat our property with care and respect, and to take responsibility for any damage to said property for which they did cause;

BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT

All who use the studio must agree to follow the code of conduct and act with respect toward others and the property of others and agree to follow any rules or policies as published;

Any disruptive, harassing, violent, irresponsible or otherwise abusive behavior within the studio or on the studio website is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of access to services, and/or a claim of trespass with due compensation under law;

EVENTS AND OFFERINGS

Admittance to the studio is by reservation or appointment and during specified hours only; reservations or appointments are available on a first come first serve basis;

Any man or woman reserving or making an appointment for an offering for any man or woman other than or in addition to oneself is required to share these laws with said man or woman before arriving at the studio;

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation policies are listed along with the description of each offering and must be read, understood and accepted before booking said offering;

PAYMENTS

All who make donations or provide compensation for time and or property offered through the studio do so as a man or woman in the private, directly to the woman, Hanh or the man, Awen; all payments are to be made before goods and or services are shared unless otherwise indicated;

VIOLATIONS

We reserve the right to revoke access to any offering at our discretion if we determine that these laws have been violated whether or not a payment for said offering has been received;

Any claims of wrong and or trespass shall be governed by law and may be pressed in a court of law by and between those of mankind only;

PRIVACY

Any information you provide to the studio you do so in the private; we consider the information you provide to be your property and we will keep it private; you may request a copy of any information we hold about you and you may also request that we delete your information;

We may record our events and may share the recordings for promotional or educational purposes; by participating in any online or in person event, you agree to your voice and or image being used and shared in this way; if you wish for your voice and or image to be removed from recordings that are shared beyond those who do attend such events, you will need to contact us and request this prior to the event taking place;

All who visit our website agree to allow us to place information on the hard drive of your computer in the form of cookies, which you can remove or decline at any time;

REVISIONS

We have the right to update or revise these laws as we see fit; you are responsible for reviewing these laws and your continued use of the studio will indicate your acceptance of any changes to these laws;

The Code of Conduct applies to all visitors of Nam Sen Studio. It is your responsibility to read these rules carefully and abide by them when visiting the studio. These rules supplement, but do not replace the Laws of the Studio pertaining to the same subject or activity.

1. Behavior: the following are strictly prohibited: aggressive, vulgar or otherwise inappropriate behavior; verbal abuse toward any other man, woman or child; drunk or disorderly conduct; dangerous or unsafe actions or behavior; theft or destruction of any studio property; failure to follow published studio rules;

   2. Appropriate dress: no nudity, clothing that displays profanity, vulgarity or any language that may be offensive to other studio visitors;

   3. Shoe Free Zones: many of our indoor spaces are shoe free zones and wearing shoes or your own slippers in these areas is prohibited; house slippers are provided for you to change into and wear during your visit unless you prefer to remain barefoot;

   4. Barefoot guidelines: please use caution if moving about the property barefoot and clean your feet using the foot wash before entering any indoor spaces;

   5. Smoke policy: smoking or burning of any substance (including tobacco, herbs, incense, etc.) by visitors is not allowed anywhere on the property;

   6. Electronics Use: in order to respect the time and space of others, please keep sound disturbances from electronics use to a minimum;

   7. Food and drink: no food and/or drink from outside of the studio is allowed unless otherwise indicated;

   8. Furniture: tables and chairs are reserved in advance based on information provided at the time of booking; visitors are not permitted to move tables or chairs from their designated setting; if you need to move a table or chair, please ask for staff assistance;

   9. Children: subject to exceptions, children less than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult who agrees to take responsibility for their children and their children’s conduct while at the studio;

   10. Drugs and Alcohol: recreational drugs and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited anywhere on the studio premises;

   11. Timeliness: reservations and appointments are all first come first serve and time slots are of a predetermined length; please show up on time; visitors must vacate the space after the time is up for the session in order to allow others to enjoy the space as well;

   12. Pets: no pets are allowed; service animals are also not allowed;
